Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the content and related services provided by Fintentz (the “Service”), and the rights and obligations of users and the Service.

“User” means a member who uses the Service under these Terms.

“Content” means all features and materials provided by the Service, such as calculators and tests.

These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service, and may be amended within the limits permitted by applicable law. Changes will be announced in advance.

Users sign up via a Google account, and are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy upon signing up.

Users may withdraw at any time directly from the Settings screen, and upon withdrawal their account and personal information are destroyed in accordance with applicable law.

Users must not do any of the following:

– Stealing others’ information or registering false information

– Posting inappropriate content (comments) such as profanity, slander, or illegal information

– Interfering with the operation of the Service

The author of a post (such as a comment) is responsible for it, and the Service may delete posts that violate applicable law or are inappropriate without prior notice.

Calculation results, test results, and the like provided by the Service are for reference and entertainment purposes, and are not investment recommendations or financial advice. Any decision made based on them is the user’s own responsibility.

The Service may change or suspend its offerings as needed for operational or technical reasons.

Copyright and intellectual property rights in the content, design, trademarks, and logos provided by the Service belong to the Service or its rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from them without the Service’s prior consent.

① The Service may offer a paid membership (subscription) providing benefits such as ad removal and early access to certain content. The specific benefits, price, and billing cycle are shown on the payment screen.

② Payments are processed through a payment provider (Polar), and the membership automatically renews and is charged each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

③ You may cancel the membership at any time. Upon cancellation, renewal stops from the next billing cycle, and you may continue to use the membership for the period already paid.

④ Withdrawal of subscription and refunds follow the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. However, where provision of the digital content has begun, or in other cases prescribed by law, the right of withdrawal may be limited; such cases are disclosed in advance on the payment screen.

⑤ If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel it in accordance with applicable law.

① The Service provides an advertising service (“Advertise”) through which advertisers can directly apply for and use ad placements within the Service. Using an ad placement means renting that placement for the relevant period.

② The advertiser is responsible for the content and legality of ad creatives (images, links, text), and must not run ads that violate applicable law, such as false, exaggerated, illegal, or financially fraudulent advertising.

③ The Service may review submitted ads and refuse placement, or suspend or delete a running ad without prior notice.

④ Fees and the refund policy for advertising are disclosed on the ad application screen, and refunds follow the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and that disclosure.

⑤ Transactions concerning the products or services shown in an ad are made between the user and the advertiser, and the Service is not responsible for those transactions.

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be subject to the court of jurisdiction designated by applicable law.
