Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the content and related services provided by Fintentz (the “Service”), and the rights and obligations of users and the Service.

“User” means a member who uses the Service under these Terms.

“Content” means all features and materials provided by the Service, such as calculators and tests.

These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service, and may be amended within the limits permitted by applicable law. Changes will be announced in advance.

Users sign up via a Google account, and are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy upon signing up.

Users must not do any of the following:

– Stealing others’ information or registering false information

– Posting inappropriate content (comments) such as profanity, slander, or illegal information

– Interfering with the operation of the Service

The author of a post (such as a comment) is responsible for it, and the Service may delete posts that violate applicable law or are inappropriate without prior notice.

Calculation results, test results, and the like provided by the Service are for reference and entertainment purposes, and are not investment recommendations or financial advice. Any decision made based on them is the user’s own responsibility.

The Service may change or suspend its offerings as needed for operational or technical reasons.

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be subject to the court of jurisdiction designated by applicable law.
