This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Korean version is the official version and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

Fintentz (the “Service”) values users’ personal information and complies with applicable laws (such as the Personal Information Protection Act). This policy explains what personal information the Service collects, and how it is used, stored, and destroyed.

1. Personal Information Collected

① Sign-up and login: Google account email, profile information (nickname, profile picture)

② During use of the Service: activity records such as content use, saves, hearts, shares, and comments, and access logs (cookies, sessions)

③ Inquiries: the email and inquiry content you enter

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Member identification and login, providing and maintaining the Service, content recommendation, statistics, and responding to inquiries.

3. Retention and Use Period

Retained until the member withdraws, and destroyed without delay upon withdrawal. However, where retention is required by applicable law, it is kept for that period.

4. Outsourcing and Overseas Transfer

To provide the Service, we entrust the processing of personal information to the companies below, whose servers may be located overseas.

– Google LLC — social login (authentication)

– Supabase Inc. — database, authentication, file storage (servers located overseas)

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Users may at any time request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information, and can withdraw membership (delete personal information) directly on My Page.

6. Destruction of Personal Information

When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, the personal information is destroyed without delay.

7. Use of Cookies

Cookies and sessions are used to keep you logged in.

8. Measures to Ensure Security

The Service takes the following measures for the safe handling of personal information.

– Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted storage of authentication information

– Minimizing and controlling access rights to personal information

11. Advertising and Google AdSense

This Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Third-party ad providers, including Google, may use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve personalized ads based on users’ visit history.

You can disable personalized ads in Google Ad Settings (myaccount.google.com/ads).

This policy may be revised due to changes in law or the Service, and changes will be announced in advance on the Service (notices).
