Privacy Policy

① Sign-up and login: Google or Apple account email, profile information (nickname, profile picture)

② During use of the Service: activity records such as content use/plays, saves, likes, shares, and comments, and access logs (cookies, sessions, IP address, device/browser/OS information)

③ Inquiries: the email and inquiry content you enter

④ Notifications (optional): only if you enable notifications in Settings, web push subscription info (device push endpoint/keys)

Member identification and login, providing and maintaining the Service, content recommendation, statistics, and responding to inquiries.

Retained until the member withdraws, and destroyed without delay upon withdrawal. However, where retention is required by applicable law, it is kept for that period.

To provide the Service, we entrust the processing of personal information to the companies below, whose servers may be located overseas.

– Google LLC — social login (authentication), ads (AdMob)

– Supabase Inc. — database, authentication, file storage (servers located overseas)

– Vercel Inc. — web hosting and content delivery (servers located overseas)

– Apple Inc. — social login (authentication) and web push notification delivery (only if you use notifications)

Users may at any time request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information, and can withdraw membership (delete personal information) directly on My Page.

When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, the personal information is destroyed without delay.

Cookies and sessions are used to keep you logged in.

The Service takes the following measures for the safe handling of personal information.

– Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted storage of authentication information

– Minimizing and controlling access rights to personal information

– Managing access logs of the personal information processing system

This Service does not display advertisements on the web. Ads are shown only within the installed app, through Google AdMob. Google may use a device advertising identifier to serve personalized ads.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings, and you can also manage personalized ads in Google Ad Settings (myaccount.google.com/ads).

This policy may be revised due to changes in law or the Service, and changes will be announced in advance on the Service (notices).

You can delete your Fintentz account and its data yourself, in the app or on the web. No request or waiting period is involved; the deletion takes effect immediately.

Delete your account: Profile tab → Settings (gear icon) → Delete account → Confirm.

Delete data while keeping your account: Profile tab → History → Clear history. Your account and nickname remain; only your content viewing history is deleted. To stop recording it altogether, turn off “Keep viewing history” in Settings (gear icon). Both actions require signing in so we can verify it is your data; no viewing history is stored while you are signed out.

Deleted immediately: your account (email and social sign-in link), nickname, profile image, comments you posted, likes, viewing history, notification subscriptions, and block list.

Retained: aggregate statistics such as content view and share counts, which cannot identify an individual. Records that must be kept under applicable law are stored separately for the required period (up to 5 years) and then destroyed.

If you prefer not to install the app, email support@fintentz.com from or with the address you signed up with. We process such requests within 7 business days.
