Order Book
The list of buy and sell orders at each price
An order book shows how many buy and sell orders are stacked at each price for a stock right now. Seeing where orders cluster hints at short-term supply and demand. Still, large players sometimes place fake orders they don't intend to fill, so it can't be taken at face value.
