Gas Fee
The fee paid to process a blockchain transaction
A gas fee is the charge you pay to have a transfer or transaction processed on a blockchain. The busier the network, the higher the fee climbs as users compete for priority. For small amounts, the gas fee can even exceed the transfer itself, so it's wise to check fees before transacting.
